The Mooney family launched their Yarra Valley Cheese range in 2015 in response to growing demand for their iconic range of handcrafted artisan cheeses under their Yarra Valley Dairy label. The market interest in simpler, more readily available cheeses led to the development of new recipes and the new brand which compliments their established range.
