After such a great response to our last organic Guatemalan coffee release, we're pleased to bring you another, full of zesty apple, citrus and chocolate notes.
Jorge Velasquez Lopez owns and operates the 3.1ha El Plan farm in Guatemala where he grows organic Caturra and Catuai coffee trees under shade. The coffee is picked and depulped the same day and is fermented for 18-28 hours. It's then washed and dried on patio or nylon for a relatively short time of 3-4 days.
